tenants and tradiesMonitoring and following up rental arrearsManaging vacate notices, notifying landlord and tenants accordinglyMaintaining strict key control and compliance proceduresWe're seeking someone who is:Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident, skilled and personable with clients and tenantsProactive, resilient and solutions-focusedAccountable and reliable in delivering outcomesComfortable working independently while thriving in a team environmentAvailable to work alternate Saturdays (essential)Previous real estate or property management experience is highly regarded, however what matters most is your attitude, professionalism and commitment to building a long-term career.
