You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.Responsibilities include:Assisting in the day to day running of the clinicReception and administration dutiesProcessing medical bookingsConducting preliminary medical assessmentsSpecimen collection (including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing)



* Please note full training is provided.About you:You will have:Previous medical/ clinical experience and/or administration experience, preferably within the healthcare sectorAHPRA registration is advantageous, but not mandatoryExcellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detailThe ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment where requiredStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse groupCan-do and proactive attitudeThe ability to be adaptable and adaptable to the changing needs of the businessThe successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.If you are passionate about making an impact, aligned with our values and would like to work in an agile organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
