developers and ownersPrepare defect reports and work collaboratively with builders to resolve compliance mattersUndertake occupancy inspections and support certification processes through to completionMentor junior Building Surveyors and provide technical guidance where requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholdersAbout YouExperience as a Building Surveyor or Building Regulations Consultant within a commercial environmentCommercial project experience is essential (residential experience also highly regarded)Registration is welcomed but not essentialStrong working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)Practical site inspection experience and confidence working directly with buildersAbility to provide practical, commercially focused compliance adviceRelevant tertiary qualification in Building Surveying or a related disciplineCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicleAbout the Company Our client is a well-established building certification, structural engineering and compliance consultancy that has been operating for the last 30 years.
