You'll join an established delivery team working across multiple project streams as the organisation progresses through build, deployment and post-go-live activities.About the RoleAs a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the Forecasting & Scheduling workstream, supporting:Hypercare activitiesRemaining solution build and configurationDeployment and rollout activitiesFunctional design and solution deliveryTroubleshooting and issue resolutionStakeholder engagement across project teams and implementation partnersWorking within an agile delivery environment, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, project managers and implementation partners to deliver a successful UKG Pro WFM outcome.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and build Forecasting & Scheduling solutions within UKG Pro WFMTranslate business requirements into scalable workforce management solutionsProvide functional expertise across multiple project streamsSupport testing,



deployment and hypercare activitiesTroubleshoot complex workforce management scenariosProduce effort estimates and manage deliverables independentlyWork with data, interfaces and integrations from a functional perspectiveContribute to solution design discussions and delivery planningAbout YouTo be successful, you'll bring:Strong hands-on Forecasting & Scheduling configuration experiencePrevious experience delivering UKG Workforce Management projectsProven ability to build and deploy workforce management solutionsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience working independently within fast-paced project environmentsUnderstanding of workforce management data flows and integrationsExperience working within Agile delivery teamsHighly RegardedPrevious experience on UKG Central to UKG Pro WFM migration or transformation programsExposure to solution design or architecture activitiesSimilar industry experienceWhat's on OfferContract through to December ****Major UKG Central to UKG Pro WFM transformation programHybrid working arrangement (2 days per week onsite)Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane basedCollaborative delivery setting working alongside experienced Functional Consultants and implementation partnersOpportunity to play a key role in a large-scale workforce management transformationIf you've successfully delivered Forecasting & Scheduling solutions within UKG Workforce Management environments and are looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
