your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the RequirementsSuccessful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or Surgical/Theatre sales would be highly regardedStrong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbout ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
