We do this by creating safe, secure and connected independent living communities where residents can enjoy active and social lifestyles, close to essential services and amenities.Your Day on A PageWe have an exciting opportunity for aVillage Administratorto join our team at Coastal Waters on a Fixed-term basis up to April ****Bringing together relaxed sophistication with an enviable location, Coastal Waters offers all the benefits that come from living in a safe and supportive community.In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors.You will deliver exceptional customer service, support the Village Manager across administrative and operational functions, and help maintain a safe, organised, and engaging community environment.Key responsibilities include:Providing professional, courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and contractorsManaging reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and day‐to‐day operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliancePreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesCarrying out ad‐hoc operational or resident‐support duties as directed by the Village ManagerAbout YouFor this role, you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
