Who We're Looking ForThis role is suited for someone who has the autonomy and drive to build a lucrative client base, but wants the backing, leads, and brand presence of a nationally recognized, top-tier brokerage.You must bring:Experience as a Mortgage Broker, a Banking Mobile Lender, or a proven Sales Qualified Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Chinese) and English (mandatory) A driven, highly motivated, and self-sufficient personality An adaptable mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and refine your craft A strong understanding of lending policies and a commitment to providing exceptional client outcomesA clearer way to growIf you are ready to move away from the constraints of a standard salary and want to dramatically scale your income with the backing of an elite support team and a high quantity of lead, this is the environment for you.
