An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Store Manager to lead an Indian dessert and bakery destination in Sydney's Hills District.
This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional customer service and oversee the day-to-day success of a busy store.If you're someone who loves leading from the front, coaching others and creating memorable customer experiences, this could be the perfect next step.The OpportunityReporting to the Director, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store's daily operations.
From leading and developing your team to ensuring operational excellence, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive culture while driving commercial success.This is a hands-on management position where no two days are the same.
You'll be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting your team, engaging with customers and ensuring the store consistently operates to a high standard.Roster: Full time, rotating roster with evening & weekend availability required.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading the day-to-day operations of a busy retail storeRecruiting, training,
