The Kitchen Maker | Sydney, NSW | Full-timeAbout the roleThe Kitchen Maker is looking for a qualified Cabinet Maker ready to move into a senior sales and project management role.You will use your practical trade knowledge to find, quote and manage approximately $40,000 of profitable kitchen and custom joinery work each week.This is not a factory-based cabinet-making position.
It is a client-facing role for someone who understands how cabinetry is measured, constructed and installed—and can confidently manage projects from the first enquiry through to completion.Your responsibilitiesGenerate approximately $40,000 of confirmed, profitable work each week.Develop relationships with builders, architects, designers and homeowners.Attend client consultations, site meetings and measure-ups.Read architectural plans and specifications.Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and scopes of work.Follow up enquiries and convert quotations into confirmed projects.Recommend appropriate materials, hardware and construction methods.Manage projects from sale through to production, installation and completion.Coordinate clients, builders, suppliers, trades and installers.Confirm measurements, finishes, appliances and project details.Identify potential design, manufacturing and installation issues before production.Manage project schedules, budgets,
