You'll have real autonomy to shape strategy, build out a high-performing team, and be the senior voice on trustee governance for a diverse and growing client portfolio.The OpportunityReporting to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the Trustee relationship management function end-to-end — from strategic direction and client retention through to operational delivery, financial performance and risk oversight.
You'll act as the senior subject matter expert on registered and unregistered managed investment schemes and trustee obligations, and be the face of the business for key clients,



fund managers and industry stakeholders.What you'll be doingSetting strategic direction for client onboarding, retention and service quality across the Trustee portfolioLeading, mentoring and developing a relationship management team, embedding ownership and risk awarenessOwning financial performance of the client portfolio and acting as the senior escalation point for complex client and governance mattersPartnering with compliance, legal and operations on regulatory obligations, tracking market trends, and representing the firm with clients and industry partnersWhat we're looking forDegree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, with 5+ years' experience in fund management, asset management or a similar financial services roleStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within funds managementProven leadership track record with excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic, analytical thinker, comfortable working with financial software and data analysis toolsWhy applyThis is a chance to lead a critical function at a business entering an exciting new growth phase, with genuine scope to influence strategy, build your team, and grow your career within an internationally connected organisation.
