This is a full-time position that is a dual role, you will be predominately administrative assistance and reception, with the chance for hands-on therapy support.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and directly supporting our allied health practitioners.Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties including welcoming clients, phone calls, and client enquiresDiary Management Support of our PractitionersAppointment Preparation and Clean upAdministrative tasks such as Service Agreements, Obtaining Quotes, Resource development,



Client and Data entrySupporting patients with therapy exercises and activities under the direction of qualified practitionersSupporting the maintenance of a clean, safe and hygienic clinical environmentContributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting the delivery of patient centred goalsWhat we're looking forPreferred experience in administrative support, reception and therapy assistance within a healthcare settingCertificate IV in Allied Health Assistance is highly desirableKnowledge of Government Healthcare Funding bodies (NDIS, SAH, DVA, Etc)Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detailStrong initiative and productivity approachDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Physical capacity to support patients with mobility and therapy activitiesA genuine interest in healthcare and client wellbeingWhat we offerFull-time employment with competitive remunerationOpportunities to develop clinical and administrative skills within a supportive team environmentStrong social culture with quarterly events
