The role
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join usin either our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane offices.
As part of ournational Clients & Markets team, you will report to a SeniorBusinessDevelopment Manager and support the Projects &Construction; practice group and Energy, Infrastructure &Resources; sectors.
Broadly, your role will involve:
BDM Support
Support the Senior Business Development Manager inexecuting the Business Development Plans for the allocatedPractice Team and individual Partners
Support the Senior Business Development Manager in themanagement of workflow, completion of work and theco-ordination of projects for allocated teams and clients.
Thismight include research, bid and tender activity, directorysubmissions, production of capability and credentialsdocumentation, publications, web copy, aspects of event andwebinar management, campaign execution and reporting.
Support the Senior Business Development Manager in themeasurement and evaluation of allocated client plans
Clients:
Using the NRF client relationship management methodologyand tools, participate in the development and execution ofaccount management plans for allocated clients
Work in collaboration with other parts of business servicesin sourcing relevant information regarding clients whenplanning account/client management or targeting initiatives andactivities
Prepare reports on client relationship management activity,as required
Events, webinars and sponsorships
Work with the events and webinar team to deliver PracticeTeam events and webinars, ensuring that budgets are allocatedand approved, invitation lists are created applying appropriatelist generation criteria, and all internal communications areproduced in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate support for Practice Team sponsorships,including the provision of branded material and ensure thatmarket and client information gleaned during events andwebinars is captured in our CRM system (InterAction)
External profiling and publications
Work with the communications team and relevant Partners toprofile the Practice Team and their expertise through media anddigital channels through drafting and facilitating creation ofcontent
Work with fee earners on the production of publications,managing all sign-off processes and liaising with our in-housegraphic designers
Manage production of directory submissions, includingsourcing and editing credentials, bios and practice teamdescriptions,
as well as managing all review and sign-offprocesses.
Budget
Under the guidance of the Senior Business DevelopmentManager, work with Practice / Industry Leader(s) and keypartners in your Team to ensure that initiatives are executedwithin budgetary parameters
You will need to be an energetic, driven and focussedindividual, with a robust understanding of Marketing and BusinessDevelopment in a B2B services environment (preferably, a medium tolarge sized national or international Professional Services Firm).
You will be able to deal with a variety of different personalitiesand confidently address issues, all the while demonstrating yourcommitment to client service excellence.
