In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the motel.
Based in the vibrant West Ballina area of Recent South Wales, this role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the hospitality and tourism industry.What you'll be doingGreeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processesAnswering telephone and email inquiries from potential and existing guestsProviding information about the motel's services, local attractions and eventsManaging reservations through online booking systems and maintaining accurate guest records and booking informationManaging guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, notifying management of any incidents, damages or repeat guest issuesAssisting with cash handling and reconciliation, reporting of daily information to managementCommunication with other departments to coordinate housekeeping and maintenance tasks as requiredAdhering to all motel policies,
