Influencer Marketing, Advocacy & Partnerships
Develop a strong understanding of the Australian influencer landscape
Assist with the development, implementation and management of influencer programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and content creators across various verticals
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for influencer campaigns that align with brand goals
Assist in creating campaign briefs and ensuring alignment with client objectives
Support the Account Manager with influencer and content creator partnership negotiations
Support social media copywriting across platforms
Help develop and manage content calendars, ensuring content is on-brand and visually cohesive
Coordinate briefs and content shoots for owned content across client channels
Contribute and share creative ideas with the team and clients
Manage client social media communities — responding to comments and messages, and escalating issues as needed
Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across all brand touchpoints
Support ideation and content creation for Always Human's own social channels
Client Management & Reporting
Prepare detailed client reports (weekly,



fortnightly or monthly as required)
Stay across social media trends, tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance
Provide insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes and agency strategy
Work collaboratively across internal teams to leverage planned initiatives
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude to deliver the best results for clients and Always Human
Be available to respond to routine client communications outside standard business hours when required
What We're Looking For
1–2+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social media or an agency environment
A business & marketing degree or equivalent
A genuine interest in social media, content creation and the Australian influencer/creator landscape
Strong written communication skills and a valuable eye for content and brand tone
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Experience with content calendars, reporting or community management is a plus
