Reporting to the Director, Aged & Disability, you will oversee home care, disability programs, workforceplanningand service delivery teams.

Service delivery across aged care and disability programsWorkforce performance,capabilityand planningFunding utilisation and operational performanceService improvement and redesignSystems improvement, datavisibilityand client experienceChange across large and diverse teams
You will bring clear accountability, practicalstructureand momentum, while protecting the human side of care.
About you
This chance will suit a senior operational leader with:
Deep experience across aged care,disabilityor community servicesStrong knowledge of Home Care Packages, Support at Home and/or the NDISExperience leading large,distributedand multidisciplinary teamsA track recordof improving workforce,systemsand service performanceStrong operational and commercial judgementThe ability to lead change and build trust across diverse teamsAvalues-led leadership style
