As a Level 3 Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS)/ Level 6 tertiary unit/Level 1 Trauma Centre, this unit provides an extensive tertiary service to the Gold Coast District of Queensland.The GCUH ICU manages a varied case mix of patients and conditions.
