The RoleAs our store manager you will coach, develop and guide team members in your store to deliver exceptional customer service to create a lasting impression.
The key aspects of your role will involve:Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall resultsDriving sales and customer excellenceCoaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques,
