We are currently seeking an experienced, "hands-on" Service Manager with a focus on trucks and associated industries, based at our Wideland Hino Trucks branch in Toowoomba.

The successful applicant will have the support of a dedicated team, tools, and the dealership's resources to assist in this endeavour.

You will ensure that the branch provides courteous service to clients, colleagues, and the broader community, while leading your team in portraying company decisions positively.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills to be successful in this role:




Proven supervisory experience in a similar role
Relevant trade qualifications and extensive mechanical knowledge of truck products
Operational experience in leading, coaching, and managing teams to meet KPIs
Demonstrated ability to market our services using business strategies
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
Computer literacy with experience in AUTO IT or a dealer management system (considered an advantage)
A supportive and "can-do" attitude
A HR license would be highly regarded for this position
