Junior Administration Assistant - Legal teamOur client, a well-respected legal firm that is recognized across Australia, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team supporting a legal secretary.
This role will assist a team of 5 with administration.We are looking for an individual with 1 year or more of experience working in an office environment.
This role will support the wider team, assisting with all administration, from formatting documents to sending out emails and updating the database.
The ideal candidate will be confident, willing to learn, eager to hit the ground running, and someone who is interested in progressing to a legal secretary.This is an exciting chance for someone interested in legal and a junior Administrator willing to learn and progress.Responsibilities include:Working with the Legal secretary on administration supportAssisting with documentation, filling,



and formattingOrganizing and preparing documents, uploading data, and managing the systemWorking with the Junior Lawyer, Paralegal, and Partner on casesAssisting with case work for the teamRegular upkeep and accurate input of contacts into the company databaseTyping of all correspondence, and editing documents and papers where requiredDiary management, scheduling appointments, and booking meetingsAssist the lawyersThe Successful Candidate:Our client is looking for an adaptable and intelligent individual who is willing to work hard and support the team.
