implementation and continuous evaluation of CSPD's Leadership Development Framework.Building leadership capability across school and office communities through innovative leadership and formation initiatives.Leading and developing the Leadership Formation Development Leads in the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership programs.Designing and overseeing onboarding programs for new office staff and senior school leaders.Overseeing the coordination, administration and compliance requirements of professional learning and formation programs.Developing meaningful success measures and using data and evaluation outcomes to continuously improve leadership and formation programs.Collaborating with senior leaders, Diocesan partners and cross-disciplinary experts to ensure leadership initiatives reflect contemporary best practice in Catholic education.Leading a collaborative, high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation and excellence.
