A leading financial services organisation is seeking an AI Delivery Lead who will play a central role in turning AI opportunities into real business outcomes.Identify and shape AI use cases, coordinate delivery across business and technology teams, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.You'll act as the bridge between business leaders, data teams, vendors, 3rd party partners, and an the AI Centre of Excellence to ensure AI initiatives are successfully delivered and scaled.Manage AI initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoptionCoordinate stakeholders across business, technology, data and external partnersSupport AI governance and compliance requirements, including evolving regulatory frameworksDrive AI adoption,



training and capability uplift across the organisationHelp build and maintain a pipeline of high-value AI opportunitiesWork closely with Australian and European leadership teams to centralise and mature AI capabilityExperience delivering AI, ML and automation initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsTechnically savvy with a valuable understanding of AI, GenAI, automation and modern technology platformsConsulting, transformation or technology delivery background highly regardedComfortable working across business and technology teamsPassionate about AI and excited by the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide adoptionFinancial services experience is beneficial, but we are particularly interested in candidates who can bring fresh thinking from other industries
