REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

With more than 20 years of General Practice experience, we are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our qualified and friendly team of doctors, allied health specialists and administrative staff in a modern, well-equipped practice.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and the prospect to utilise a broad range of clinical skills.
Positions available in Hornsby, Hurstville & West Ryde.

Key Responsibilities
Immunisations and vaccinations (including COVID-19)
Health assessments
Care planning
Diabetes care
Infection control
Wound management
Assisting with minor procedures
Accreditation activities
Preventive health initiatives
Patient education
Triage management
General nursing duties as required

To be successful, you will have:
Minimum one year's experience in general practice
Current AHPRA registration
Current CPR certification
Excellent organisational and communication skills
