As our hotels continue to evolve, we're excited to be creating a brand-new People & Culture Coordinator role to support our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic and collaborative People & Culture team and gain hands on experience across two Sydney CBD.Reporting to the Portfolio Director of People & Culture, you'll be involved in all aspects of the employee experience, from welcoming new team members to assisting in coordinating events, driving engagement initiatives, and helping create a workplace where people genuinely feel valuedand supported.Whether you're currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or you're at the beginning of your HR career, this role offers exposure to a wide range of People & Culture activities that will fast track your development and set you up for future career opportunities.No two days will be the same, and you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, creativity, and passion for people to help shape our team culture.The Day-to-Day:Working alongside the People & Culture team, you'll:Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboardingthrough to employee movements and offboardingWelcome current team members and help create memorable onboarding experiencesCoordinate team engagement activities, recognition programs, celebrations, and wellbeing initiativesAssist with the organisation of training programs and learning & development activitiesBuild positive relationships with employees and leaders across both hotelsMaintain employee records, HR systems, reporting, and People & Culture documentationAssist with drafting communications, announcements,
