long-term opportunity in a supportive environmentModern office based in Liverpool with flexibility and hybrid optionsDUTIESUndertake day-to-day functions as an Accredited Certifier and Principal Certifying AuthorityAssess and issue Complying Development Certificates and Part 4A Certificates under the EP&A; Act and RegulationsPrepare inspection reports and BCA assessments for various building classesProvide clear, expert advice to clients across written and verbal channelsLiaise with Fire & Rescue NSW and fire safety engineers on performance-based solutionsAssist with fee proposals and contribute to business growth initiativesConduct building audits and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standardsABOUT YOUMinimum 2 years' experience as a Building Regulations Consultant or Accredited Certifier (Local Government or Private Sector)Registration as an Accredited Building Certifier (A2 or A3 preferred) or eligibility to obtainComprehensive understanding of the EP&A; Act, Regulations, and BCA Volumes 1 & 2Proven experience across a mix of Class 2–9 projectsStrong attention to detail, communication and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam and BCS experience highly regardedMust have full working rights in AustraliaTHE COMPANYEstablished in ****, our client is one of Australia's largest and most respected multidisciplinary consultancies, providing expertise across Building Code, Fire & Life Safety, Accessibility, and Essential Safety Measures.
