Casa Spirits is seeking a National Retail Manager to lead our national retail execution across Australia. This senior, strategic role focuses on unlocking scale, driving national distribution through chains, and winning at shelf.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales and own national accounts, range reviews, promotions and commercial performance. You will drive distribution, forecast revenue and manage trade spend, working with marketing and state teams to ensure aligned in-store execution.
