About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing outstanding customer service
Assisting customers with over-the-counter products
Supporting the pharmacist and dispensary team
Stock replenishment and merchandising




Processing sales and handling customer enquiriesMaintaining a clean, organised and professional store environment
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
Has previous customer service experience (pharmacy experience highly regarded but not essential)
Enjoys helping people and building relationships
Has excellent communication skills
Is reliable, motivated and organised
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Has flexible availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends
Demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer care
Experience in Pharmacy?
