About the Role
Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights on cost drivers, operational performance, and business risks, supporting informed decision‑making and delivering actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Supporting month‑end close processes and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Being a key contributor to the preparation and delivery of budgets and forecasts.
Supporting capital expenditure requests, providing financial analysis and fixed asset management.
Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting.

Based at our Greenbushes Lithium Operation, the role is Monday to Friday, with a 40‑hour week roster. Preference is given to locally based candidates, but camp accommodation is available for Drive‑In Drive‑Out employees.

About the Candidate
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting,



or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within mining or a processing environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise, solid attention to detail and analytical capability.
Passion for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to understand business drivers and improve financial outcomes.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; modelling and financial analysis experience preferred.
