Showroom & Display Coordinator (Yardsperson)Sydney BMW & MINI Garage – Rushcutters BaySydney BMW & MINI Garage is seeking a Showroom & Display Coordinator to help maintain the high presentation standards our BMW and MINI customers expect.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys working around premium vehicles, and plays an important part in delivering an exceptional showroom and vehicle display experience across Current Car, Used Car and MINI departments.About the RoleWorking closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Pre-Delivery and external partners, you will be responsible for ensuring showroom displays, carpark presentation, and vehicle readiness are maintained to brand standards at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom & Display PresentationMaintain daily presentation standards across all showroom and display areasDust and wipe vehicles daily with a focus on high-touch points including screens, door handles and tailgatesEnsure display vehicles are correctly positioned, plugged into power supplies, and paired with the correct specification standsCarpark & Stock PresentationEnsure vehicles are clean,



fuelled and grouped correctly.Monitor fuel levels across sold and stock vehiclesVehicle Preparation & MovementsAssist Sales and Pre-Delivery teams with preparing sold vehicles for customer deliveryCoordinate vehicle movements throughout the buildingManage supplier key handovers as requiredVehicle Photography SupportWork with Sales Managers and Carsales photographers to prepare demo and used vehicles for online advertisingEnsure vehicles are presentation-ready to meet photography timelinesGeneral SupportAssist with ad-hoc requests as directed by Sales Managers and Sales TeamsAbout YouHigh attention to detail and pride in presentationOrganised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable working in a hands-on, physical roleConfident working around vehicles in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeDealership or automotive experience preferred, but not essential.Hold a NSW Drivers License.What We OfferOpportunity to work within a premium BMW & MINI dealershipExposure across New Car, Used Car and MINI departmentsSupportive team environment with clear standards and expectationsCareer development opportunities within a leading automotive group
