Wellways is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Project Lead for a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role across Wellways offices. You will lead organisation-wide WHS projects and coordinate improvement initiatives to strengthen the WHS Management System.

Reporting to the National Manager WHS, you will drive governance, audits and inspections, and collaborate with leaders, operations and corporate teams to deliver meaningful safety outcomes aligned with the WHS Strategic Plan.
