Multiple underground projects across NSWIndustry leading decarbonisation projectsStrong and reliable roster stabilitySupportive and responsive management teamGenuine opportunities for development, upskilling, and career progressionAbout the roleTAB Resources Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Underground Fitters & Electricians to support multiple Underground Coal Mining projects across New South Wales.These roles are responsible for the safe execution of underground mining activities, including the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of underground plant, equipment, and infrastructure, as well as the provision of operational and supervisory support in accordance with site standards and legislative requirements.Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork, contributing to secure production outcomes, equipment reliability, and the effective coordination of underground activities across a range of coal mining environments.What we're looking forApplicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.Minimum 2 years' experience in Underground Coal MiningHold a mining competency for work unaccompanied undergroundSound knowledge of underground mining equipment and machineryExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong commitment to safety protocols and proceduresAbility to work effectively both independently and within a teamSuccessful applicants will be required to undertake an Order 45 medical, including drug and alcohol.Preferred QualificationsWhile not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be highly regarded:Certificate of proficiency in an Electrical or Mechanical (Fitter) tradeEEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas)CPR/LVR (Low Voltage Rescue & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)Hydraulics Level 1 & 2DES (Explosion Protected Diesel Engine Systems Maintenance)What we offerAt TAB Resources, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
