As our attentive Kitchen Attendant, you’ll play a critical role in enabling kitchen functionality and efficiency. You’ll thrive in a rapid‑paced environment and never waiver on the details.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:
Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

Qualifications

About you:
You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
You have adaptable availability across the day, evenings and weekends
You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs,



and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
