As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice, creating a positive patient experience while working closely with our clinical and administration teams to keep our practice running smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanorScheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficientlyHandling patient records with accuracy and confidentialityCoordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient careManaging patient inquiries both in person and over the phoneThere will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.To succeed in this role, you will:Have a minimum of 3 years dental assisting or reception experience, or hold a Certificate III in Dental AssistingBring a friendly and approachable personality with a genuine desire to help othersHave solid communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitaskBe confident using computer systems and administrative software (experience with D4W is an advantage)Be reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environmentBe eager to learn, grow,
