Your expertise in operating agricultural machinery will contribute directly to enhancing productivity and supporting the overall success of our farming and horticultural operations.JOB DESCRIPTION Joining Vishwa Group Pty Ltd as an Agricultural and Horticultural Mobile Plant Operator means you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of mobile plant machinery used in agricultural and horticultural activities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for making sure that daily activities run smoothly, upholding safety regulations, encouraging productivity on the job site, and helping to make the best use of available resources in accordance with project and financial specifications.LOCATION 383 Alma Street Hay, NEW SOUTH WALES, **** Australia REPORTING TOQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSAQF Certificate II or III, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)Experience with machinery maintenance, basic mechanical repairs, and adherence to scheduled servicing routines.Proficient in operating a variety of agricultural and horticultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and loaders.Ability to manage multiple field tasks efficiently while maintaining a robust focus on safety and productivity.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production timelines and operational goals.Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols,



including hazard identification and risk management.Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and terrain.Excellent communication skills for reporting, coordination, and collaborating with farm supervisors or contractors.Flexibility to work extended hours during planting, harvesting, or seasonal peaks.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOperating tractor-drawn and self-propelled plant to plough land and sow, fertilize, cultivate and harvest crops, and avoid damaging cropsOperating plant to hold, lift and cut treesPreparing and positioning plant for operationFeeding felled trees into processors to strip limbs and cut into logs and loading logs onto stockpiles and into trucksOperating attachments to lift, swing, release and sort trees and logs, and operating auxiliary plant such as chipping machines and log splitting machinesAdjusting speed, height and depth of implementsKeeping log tallies and writing work reportsServicing plant and performing minor repairsWORKING HOURSFull-time position, 38 hours per weekBENEFITSCompetitive SalaryFlexibleWorking hoursOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentDiscounts on products or servicesExperience in team leadership, which can open doors to higher managerial positions About Company ABN: ************** Vishwa Group Pty Ltd trading as Vishwa Farm.This is a mixed horticultural farm comprising of 550 ha all up.

Sunflower & watermelons have now finished and once autumn crops harvested a barley grain crop will be planted.Vishwa has a mixed workforce supplied primarily by Patel Labour Supply Pty Ltd and this also depends on the farm operation needs.
