From our residential facility in Rooty Hill, to our expansive Home Care network, we are committed to upholding dignity, respect, choice and quality care at every chance.We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers (Aged Care) with a Licence and their own vehicle.
Join our dedicated Community Care Team to support elderly clients living independently in their homes, with services delivered across multiple LGAs in Western Sydney.Key Responsibilities (Aged Care):Provide domestic assistance, personal support, and social engagement aligned to individual care plans for elderly clientsAssist with outings, appointments, grocery shopping, and medicationsPromote independence, dignity,



and choice in every interactionEnsure safe transport practices and vehicle entry/exitAttend monthly team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvementWork independently while maintaining clear communication with the Care TeamMUST be available from 7.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (minimum 3 weekdays) and possible weekends if availableCurrent NSW Class C Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceNational Criminal History Record Check and proof of at least one COVID-19 vaccinationGenuine interest in supporting elderly clients in their own homesMinimum of 1 year of aged care experience requiredAbility to work independently and adapt to diverse client needsStrong problem-solving skills, resilience, and professional integrityAbility to speak Cantonese is highly advantageous!
Valid Australian work visa or eligibility to work in AustraliaBegin with approximately ***** hours per week, unfortunately this will not accommodate someone looking for work within school hours onlyRostered hours will gradually increase to approximately ***** hours per weekAdditional hours may be available for leave coverageWeekly rosters provided (Monday to Friday, and weekends if available)At OLOC, you'll be actively supported from day one and trusted to make a meaningful contribution.
