with the ability to work well under pressure.Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.Reliable and flexible attitude.A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests on a daily basis.Skills & requirementsMinimum two years experience within a similar standard of kitchenExcellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and stylesExperience in daily changing menus is favourableAbility to work autonomouslySupportive and strong team playerExceptional time management andorganisational skillsFlexible approachResponsibilitiesEnsure consistency and highest quality in taste, presentation and appropriate food for guests at luxury lodgePreparation of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner serviceWorking cohesively and productively with all other departments of the businessWhy should you join us?
