From bustling waterfront venues to premium dining experiences, no two days are the same.If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift delivers an exceptional guest experience while supporting and developing your team.Key responsibilities include:Leading service and creating memorable guest experiencesCoaching, mentoring and motivating front-of-house teamsSupporting the Restaurant or Venue Manager with daily operationsManaging labour, service standards and shift performanceHandling guest feedback with confidence and professionalismMaintaining compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace proceduresCreating a positive, high-performing team cultureWhat we are looking for:Previous experience as a Duty Manager,



Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venueA passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiencesStrong leadership and communication skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the frontA hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever neededCurrent NSW RSAAvailability to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhy you'll love working for us?
