As a Casual Educator, you will be a key part of our team, supporting the delivery of our programs while ensuring the wellbeing and development of every child in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate play-based learning experiences that cater to children's interests and needs
Ensure each child feels safe, cared for, and support their emotional wellbeing
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a rich learning environment
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and protected space for both children and staff
Contribute to nursery planning and development,



documenting children's progress and achievements
Engage with families, building positive relationships and fostering open communication
What You'll Need:
A passion for working with children
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III or equivalent)
A current Working with Children Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of casual shifts
