In this Account Manager role, you will be at the forefront of managing an existing customer base, building business and growing the Bullivants portfolio, delivering on our compelling customer offer and value add approach. You will focus on developing a strong pipeline while partnering with the internal Sales Teams and working hands‑on with customers bring tailored solutions to life.

Skills Required
Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role (crane or construction industry preferred)
Proactive, energetic,



and ambitious mindset to build upon existing market share
Willingness to be on the ground face to face with customers
Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly
Commercial mindset to develop solution‑oriented outcomes
Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license

Tasks Of The Role
Build long term relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging
Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
Grow market presence by identifying prospects for business growth to convert lead
Support the Marketing and Category Teams with campaigns to build brand visibility
Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs
