We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team and support the efficient delivery of our Accounts Payable function.

About the Role
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager,you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, payment runs and supplier enquiries while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Process200+ supplier invoices per dayaccurately and within agreed service levels
Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies
Process invoices usingSAP S/4HANA, VIM and workflow systems
Support weekly and monthly payment runs
Investigate and resolve supplier invoice and payment queries
Manage enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders




Assist with month-end activities and ledger clearing
Maintain accurate financial records and strong financial controls
Identify opportunities to improve Accounts Payable processes and efficiencies
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Minimum 3 years' recent Accounts Payable experience
Experience working in ahigh-volume corporate Accounts Payable environment
Demonstrated ability to process200+ invoices per day
Proven experience completing supplier statement reconciliations
Hands‐on experience usingSAP S/4HANA(experience with SAP Concur alone is not sufficient)
Experience supporting payment runs and resolving supplier account queries
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
