About the Role
As a Client Experience & Social Media Consultant, you'll wear many hats.
From styling brides and guiding them to their dream gown, to capturing behind-the-scenes moments, creating social content and supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the boutique, you'll be an integral part of the Kayrouz Bridal experience.
You'll help deliver exceptional customer service while bringing our brand to life both in-store and online.
About You
A natural people person with a passion for luxury customer service.
Confident in sales with 1–2 years' experience in retail, fashion or a customer‐focused workplace.
Passionate about fashion, styling and helping clients feel their absolute best.
Creative with an eye for aesthetics, photography and social media trends.
Comfortable filming and photographing content using an iPhone.
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and creating engaging social media content.
Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A team player who is equally happy assisting brides, creating content or helping with boutique operations.
Available to work weekends, late nights and during peak bridal trading periods.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales




Deliver an exceptional luxury experience for every client.
Guide brides through their appointment and help them find their dream gown.
Build genuine relationships with current and existing clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Capture client information and maintain accurate records.
Support styling appointments, fittings and follow‐up communication.
Assist with administrative tasks and appointment management.
Social Media & Brand
Capture beautiful behind‐the‐scenes moments throughout the day.
Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels and TikTok content.
Photograph new arrivals, brides and boutique moments.
Stay up to date with social media trends and contribute creative ideas.
Assist with campaign content, launches and in‐store events.
Help maintain a consistent luxury brand presence across all social channels.
Ensure gowns and accessories are cared for with attention to detail.
Assist with stock management and inventory.
Support daily administrative duties.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness and organisation.
Work collaboratively with the team to create a warm and welcoming environment.
