The Role
We are seeking a part time (70 Hours a fortnight) Maintenance Officer to join our Residential Aged Care facility in Marsfield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to support high-quality service delivery.
This includes the upkeep and maintenance of the property, land-based assets, plant, and equipment.
You will be responsible in providingbasicgeneral maintenance repairs (electrical &plumbing;, carpentry and building)
You will alsobe providinggardening maintenance tasks (sweeping,



hosing, keeping the outside of buildings clean and tidy, mowing lawns, hedging and general garden maintenance)
Undertake and oversee Preventative Maintenance relating to buildings, property and assets in accordance with the Planned Preventative Maintenance Calendar specific to each location.
Undertake and oversee Reactive Maintenance relating to buildings, property and assets as directed across the designated area of responsibility
Monitor and action all Maintenance works to ensure regulatory compliance across the designated area of responsibility.
