Beholdcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experiencedFemale Disability Support Workerto join our growing team inSouthern River, WA.
This role involves supporting an NDIS participant with a history ofdomestic violence.
We are ideally seeking a mature female support worker (approximately in her 30s–40s) who can provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centred support.
About the Role
You will support the participant to live independently while promoting choice, dignity, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred support
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support community access and social participation
Build positive, respectful, and skilled relationships




Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Essential Requirements
Minimum6 months' experienceas a Disability Support Worker
Experience supporting clients affected bydomestic violence(essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance
Full Australian working rights (students are welcome to apply)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
