We are partnering with a growing, purpose-led organisation to appoint a Head of Technology Solutions.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the organisation’s technology strategy and overseeing the solutions, platforms and architecture that support its continued growth.

Working closely with business leaders and reporting to the Head of IT, you will lead across enterprise applications, solution architecture, data, security and emerging technology. The role requires someone who can set the direction while remaining close enough to delivery to ensure technology initiatives are practical, secure and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organisation’s technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions supporting core business operations.
Oversee enterprise application development and delivery, including ERP and CRM platforms.
Define and govern solution architecture, integration and technology standards.
Identify opportunities to improve business capability through automation, cloud-based services and Generative AI.
Oversee data governance, analytics and enterprise reporting capabilities.
Ensure security, risk and compliance requirements are embedded across technology solutions.




Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external technology partners and vendors.
Build a culture of innovation, accountability and high-quality delivery.

You Will Bring
Significant experience leading technology delivery within a growing or evolving organisation.
Proven capability developing technology strategy and translating it into an achievable roadmap.
Strong experience across solution architecture and enterprise applications.
Exposure to ERP and CRM design, implementation or transformation.
A solid understanding of data governance, analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of information security, cybersecurity and digital compliance.
Experience assessing and introducing emerging technologies, including AI and cloud-based services.
Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
A cooperative, practical and action-oriented leadership style.
