About the Role
As our Digital & Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, ensuring our brands remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Your Responsibilities
Create high-quality photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Film and edit engaging short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
Plan and manage a social media content calendar across multiple pharmacy locations.
Develop creative campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor trends and create content that capitalises on current social media opportunities.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
Work closely with our management team to promote new products, services,



events and store openings.
Visit stores to capture authentic content and showcase our teams and community.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
Highly creative with excellent photography and videography skills.
Experienced with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
Confident creating content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Familiar with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
Up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
Desirable
Previous experience managing social media for retail, healthcare or lifestyle brands.
Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience running paid Meta or TikTok advertising campaigns.
Photography and content production experience.
