Auto One Warners Bay - Mega Parts, is a long established retail and trade auto parts supplier operating in the Newcastle and Hunter areas, from our purpose built retail showroom and wholesale warehouse at 52 Medcalf St Warners Bay.
This a permanent full time retail position and you will be joining a team of over 30 people who are committed to providing exceptional service to our retail and trade customer base.
Skills and Experience
Customer service & retail experience will be highly regarded
Ability to work unsupervised
Training will be provided for an outstanding candidate who doesn't have parts experience but posses customer service and sales skills
Experience in automotive aftermarket parts, including electronic cataloguinghighly regarded
Roles and Responsibilities
Retail sales & customer service with emphasis on going the extra mile
Interpreting parts for retail and some trade customers
Keeping store retail display replenished and presented effectively
Working on merchandising products for special sales events
Salary and Hours
Full time position
An over award salary commensurate with experience level will be negotiated
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Weekend roster - a versatile weekend roster on a rotation basis with appropriate penalty rates is used
