About the Role
AsGaming Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider venue leadership team to lead the gaming department through ahands-on, customer-facing leadership approach.
You'll balance customer experience, team development,



compliance and operational performance while leading from the floor and supporting your team every shift.

Lead from the floor, working shoulder to shoulder with your team to deliver a great customer experience
Get to know your regulars and deliver the kind of service that keeps them coming back
Keep gaming operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest compliance standards
Play an active role in the wider leadership team and contribute to the success of the venue
What We're Looking For
Experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of gaming operations and compliance requirements
A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Current RSA and RCG essential, ARCG highly regarded
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
