Our client is seeking Procurement Support Officers and Procurement Advisors (APS5/APS6 equivalent) to join a high‑performing procurement team supporting one of Australia's most respected federal organisations. The work directly contributes to critical operational, corporate and strategic initiatives that help protect communities and deliver essential public services.

Location & Requirements

Melbourne or Sydney | NV1 Clearance required | 12 months + view to extend 24 months | Australian Citizenship a must

What you'll be doing
Supporting end‑to‑end procurement activities
Developing procurement documentation and sourcing plans
Assisting with RFQs, tenders and evaluation processes
Conducting market research and supplier engagement




Preparing reports, approvals and contract documentation
Building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders

What we're looking for
Government procurement experience
Understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs)
Robust writing and communication skills
Attention to detail and sound judgement
A cooperative, customer‑focused approach
