Overview

Conference & Events Coordinator at Adina Hotel Town Hall. Location: Adina Hotel Town Hall, 511 Kent Street, Sydney, Recent South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities
Act as the go-to host/hostess for events, coordinating planning and execution from concept to delivery.
Manage event details including venue setup, dietary requirements, Wi-Fi access, temperature control, and other in office logistics.
Read guests’ needs, maintain high attention to detail, and ensure all planning elements are accurate and on schedule.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, develop it further, and guide the team to deliver memorable events on time and within budget.
Provide strong time management, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving to handle changing event demands.

Qualifications




Experience in conference and events coordination or a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, plan meticulously, and deliver events within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, guests, and team members.
Solid customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Detail-oriented with ability to read situations and adapt quickly while maintaining composure.
