Uniting Counselling and Mediation in Campbelltown is seeking an Intake and Administration Officer for a part-time 28 hours/week, 12-month contract at our Campbelltown centre.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling intake, referrals, and file management with confidentiality.
You will screen for safety, explain services and fees, and support families and individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy.
Solid admin skills and trauma-informed communication are essential.
