The position involves performing a range of general maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of safety, quality, and appearance.
The role requires accurate use of company software and digital tools to record work progress, report property issues, and communicate with the On-site Estimator Manager, including uploading photos or videos when needed.
The Allrounder is also responsible for maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they remain in good working condition.
Occasional direct communication with clients is part of the role, so professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Responsibility :




The Allrounder – Property Maintenance role is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, presentation, and general upkeep of residential and commercial properties.
Core duties include lawn mowing, hedging, weeding, rubbish and debris removal, and ground-level window cleaning using both traditional tools and extension pole systems.
The role also involves maintaining common areas by removing rubbish, managing bin services (including setting out bins for collection, returning them afterward, and ensuring they are cleaned and disinfected), and cleaning high-traffic internal areas such as walls, doors, handrails, and floors.
The Allrounder is responsible for reporting any property damage, required repairs, or additional maintenance needs to the On-site Estimator Manager, accurately documenting issues through company software with supporting photos or videos.
They must also maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in valuable working order and correctly use digital systems for task management and reporting (training provided).
Occasional on-site communication with clients is required; therefore, professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Garden maintenance including lawn mowing, hedging, weeding, rubbish and debris removal.
Internal and external window cleaning (ground work only) with the use of both general window cleaning equipment and extension hose fed poles.
Rubbish removal found on property grounds.
Regular Bin Services for Strata managed properties.
This service includes taking bins out in preparation for the property's waste collection day, and returning bins to the designated area to be cleaned and disinfected.
Duty to report any damage, repairs and/or additional maintenance required to On-site Estimator Manager and record details (including uploading photos/videos) using company software.
Duty to maintain company vehicle and tools/equipment.
Duty to use work related software on company devices accurately and when required (training will be provided).
Duty to occasionally liaise with clients on-site.
Cleaning internal heavy traffic areas.
This include internal walls, common doors including door handles (excluding residents private doors), handrails, light switches, window sills etc.
Vacuum and mopping floors of internal common areas
Duty to report any damage, repairs and/or additional maintenance required to On-site Estimator Manager and record details (including uploading photos/videos) using company software
Duty to use work related software on company devices accurately and when required (training will be provided)
Duty to maintain company vehicle and tools/equipment
Duty to occasionally liaise with clients on-site
